A fine copy in the publisher’s card wrappers, dust-jacket, and yellow plastic tag at the spine. One of 3000 copies, this one number 1733 (copy number is printed on the plastic tag fastener). A superb book, winner of 2008 Dutch Design Award, and reprinted several (5+) times since.
